Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page.

Change of mind

Each reading is created for you. Where the law allows, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once your reading has started being prepared. Before that point, contact us and we will refund you.

If something goes wrong

We will fix or recreate your reading, or refund you where appropriate, if:

• a technical failure stops your reading being delivered;
• a calculation from the details you gave us is wrong;
• a promised section is missing; or
• the product otherwise does not do what we said it would.

If your payment went through but your reading could not be prepared, you will not be asked to pay again.
