What is KNOWN.?
A one-off personalised reading about you. It brings together your birth details, your answers to a thoughtful questionnaire and your own words, and reflects back patterns, strengths and needs in plain language.
How your reading is created
KNOWN. combines the information you give us with permitted chart calculations and AI-assisted synthesis guided by our own editorial framework. Your reading is designed for self-reflection, not prediction or diagnosis.
What KNOWN. is not
KNOWN. is not prediction or fortune telling. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical, legal or financial advice. It is a self-reflection experience. If you are going through something difficult, please speak with someone you trust or a qualified professional.
How much does it cost?
The founding price is A$99, paid once. The standard price will be A$129. There is no subscription for the core reading.
Can I get a refund?
Because each reading is created for you, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once your reading has started being prepared. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
If something goes wrong, such as a technical failure, a missing section or a calculation error on our side, we will fix or recreate your reading, or refund you where appropriate. See our refund policy for detail.
What happens to my information?
Your reading is private by default. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to delete your answers, birth details, reading or whole account at any time.
The AI that helps write your reading does not receive your email, surname, birth place or birth time.
What if I do not know my birth time?
You can still get a full reading. A few chart details depend on the exact time, so we leave those out rather than guess, and we clearly mark any part of the reading this affects.
How long does it take?
The questionnaire takes about twenty minutes, and you can save and finish later. Your reading is usually ready a few minutes after you pay.
Is it astrology?
Partly. A small set of chart calculations is one of the inputs, alongside your own answers and words. You will not need to learn any system or jargon. If you are curious, a separate page shows how we read your chart.
